To manage your appointments, programs and access, and to answer your requests. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Clinical information
Orders, results and clinical follow-up will be handled in an external clinical portal once the provider is defined. That information is not transferred to Alive Store or to advertising tools.
Maloría
Maloría is an AI virtual assistant that answers with approved information. We do not store the conversation history; if you ask for human contact, we only store the details you enter in that form.
Who has access
Each team member only accesses the information they need according to their role. Relevant actions are recorded without sensitive data.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to coordination from the contact page.
